full days

I have been to Morocco.
I have shown an American friend around my 'hood.
I have given grades to children. Yikes.
I have toured a wine cellar and found my favorite sherry. Too bad it's only sold in airports, the winery, and England.
I have scheduled and missed Skype dates. Sorry!
I have learned that Spain in the winter is COLD. I am dressing like I did in Iowa. Two pairs of pants baby, and three space heaters.
I have noticed that my camera's focusing mechanism is wearing down and my pictures are less sharp than before. Sadness.
I have ridden a camel and bartered in Spanish.
I have unintentionally led people to believe that I am Spanish. While wearing my tennis shoes.
I have walked in I-don't-want-to-know-what on the Moroccan streets while wearing my tennis shoes.
I have tried brandy. Blech! Don't do it!
I have sore feet.
I think I may have spent all my month's pay already. Oops.
I have read a new book in less than two days and liked it a lot.
I have realized that I'm the kind of person who skips to the end of the book in order to not be in suspense and to be able to enjoy the middle of the book.

I am learning to be quiet, to wait, and to be content.
Advent.

Oh, this made me want to see Morocco and ride a camel...and what do you know...you have pictures of it (that even show your tennis shoes) in your photo section! So, I now really feel like I've been to Morocco! mmm spices! I especially like the stop signs, fruit stands...and of course the camels!

What I really can't believe is how you can do so much and still find time to tell everyone else enough about your amazingly exotic life to make them jealous. Where in the world do you find time to teach and plan lessons when you're blogging, taking photos, posting movies and traveling the world?
