Life is not bullet points

Nevertheless,
1. I´m sorry for the lack of communication with everyone for the last few days, but I had to teach my Spanish grammar class today, and I had to do that because I work better at the last minute. It went really well! We learned about the provinces and "states" of Spain. It was like first grade. We did puzzles and put together all the regions of Andalucía, and everyone had to "be" a Spanish state and stand inside the Spain I made with an extension cord.
2. I still don´t want to be teacher, as fun as that was
3. I almost got sick. And María, being her spunky self would come in and say "Why are you going to school if you are sick? Why aren´t you asleep yet? You need to take an asprin. If you feel better it´s because you took the aspirin (which I never actually took)"
4. Sam had an interesting experience yesterday. You should ask her about it
5. We´re going to Córdoba tomorrow on a field trip!
6. My history class just got cancelled because it smelled so bad, because of the construction above us
7. That´s going to be really interesting to explain to María.
8. They´re kicking us out of school now. Bye!

Loved the "bullet points". I imagined them as pom poms or cookies. Love You!

I really like reading your blogs. I pretend they are personal notes to me, because being a blogger myself I realize that what you post is exactly what you would say if you were sending me a personal note, only you might include me name and something fun like "I thought about you when..." So yeah, I think about you whenever I see that card you sent me (which is actually quite frequently). I'll post on my blog now and you can pretend it's a personal note for you :)

I hope my history classroom was never filled with an offensive smell. I like to think that western civ is pleasing every way: intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, olfactorily (this really is a word -- what it would be in spanish I have no idea. Maybe you should find out!).

Anyway I enjoyed reading your blog, and I think it is great that you and Sam have each other there. Off to comment on Sam's reference to me about learning Spanish.
