Copied from my other blog.

In addition to this blog, I also have a shared blog with some of my college friends. I just posted this there, and I want to post it here because it was interesting. If you are one of those friends, you should go update us on your life because that blog has hit a wall.

Yesterday I went to the zoo. It was cool to see the animals, but they were not well protected from the children. I saw a kid feeding the giraffe gummy snacks. Not cool. When I saw the nutrias (otters), I thought of Samantha. They were swimming and playing and it was so adorable.

I also saw the movie Up in the Air. It was dubbed in Spanish. Seeing George Clooney's mouth moving and hearing Spanish come out was really odd. It distracted me about the first 30 minutes of the movie. I liked it, though I want to see it again in English.

Today I am trying to recover from the week because I haven't stopped yet since... I don't know when. I didn't rest last weekend because I went to visit another town. Thursday I met and hung out with some Americans. I don't think we will become close. They like things that I don't like and we didn't seem to have a lot in common except that we are Americans in Spain who like tea and cake. Which is cool except we have not that much to talk about. I love my job. They do the job to be in Spain and party.

For lunch, I am going to make quinoa with vegetables. Mm. I hope it turns out well.
